HANDBELLS AT WEST BEND UMC

        The handbell program at WEST BEND was originally started under the direction of xxxx xxxx and is still alive and well today.  It is our goal to bring the congregation together in worship through music.  Handbells is both a musical and visual art form that touches the many senses, and prepares our hearts and minds for worship.

        The handbell choir takes their music out into the community to minister to senior facilities who would not otherwise have a means to experience handbells.The bell choir at West Bend UMC uses 3 octaves of Malmark handbells and meets weekly from September - May. Occasionally the choir travels to perform in regional/national handbell events such as the Capital Area Handbell Festival pictured below.
